Once you self-exclude, we cannot reverse the process for any reason, and you may not apply to reopen your account until your self-exclusion has expired.
If you choose to self-exclude, we will close your account and return any remaining balance. You may request a self-exclusion through the Board for a term of one year, five years, or lifetime. Self-exclusion is a formal process whereby you request through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board that casino operators prevent you from accessing gambling services.
